My kitty was grooming me last night. My hairline was all wet by the time she was done.
Avatar 12:06pm

<-- Not this kitty. The other one.

LOL u guys.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:23pm

Glad to hear that the pig/cat PDA here is interesting to some of you too... I almost wonder if the pig was raised by cats...

Brian in UK:

Hello Amanda, we just got five more rescue chickens. The previous girls have all gone to meet their maker. Like to think they had a good later life.

That there is just a slip of a piglet.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:30pm
Uncle Michael:

Hey now!

Amanda! So nice to have you back. That cat is having the time of its life...
Avatar 12:38pm

afternoon Amanda and everyone!

Liked the Razorblades!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:44pm

Aww, I like the idea of rescue chickens! When I was a kid we once rescued a chicken from voodoo in the park. She went to live on a farm with other chickens but then a raccoon came and killed them all apparently.
Avatar 12:47pm

Funny, my daughter was talking just last night about wanting to get a rescue chicken. She volunteers at a bird rehab facility where she meets one occasionally.
Avatar 12:47pm

Great Brian - I'm a big fan of rescue rats
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:48pm
listener james from westwood:

A house one town over had a sizable chicken coop with poor gates. Occasionally when I'd visit the bank near the house, I'd spy a healthy-sized rooster, poking around the brush nearby. Thought I was tripping the first time.

First get a rescue egg. Or no...maybe it's the other way around...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:52pm
listener james from westwood:

Hazardous for the chicken, not from the traffic, but the KFC a block away. Although the % of actual chicken in their product is dubious.

Word nerd that I am, I see "Heptones" and think, were there seven of them?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:58pm

Only three, but they were as hep as seven regular tones
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:06pm

Didn't know they settled on that accent that way! I always thought it was a nod to the Scottish groundskeeper in "Caddyshack."

The noise Homer's stomach makes after they're in bed was a repeat rewind for our gang back in the day.
David W & Ruth:

Nazario Nation has the side effect of scrambling my brain just before stream. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Great show!
Avatar 1:24pm

Amanda it's a good thing that piglet is too absorbed to hear you.

"We decided we loved each other enough never to see each other again." is a killer line in any medium.

Ruth wants to know if anyone has seen Franklin lately, the pig celebrity of Crest Hardware in Greenpoint-ish Brooklyn. He was on vacation.
Avatar 1:47pm

great one there Amanda!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:47pm

I have seen him!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:49pm

Alllriiiight. Amanda goes avant!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:50pm

I once saw Franklin being walked on a leash on Metropolitan Avenue and I almost lost it. He's like the hero of the whole neighborhood. I love the parrot that lives there, too.

Hey thanks, @pinholga!
David W & Ruth:

Ashley! You are amazing! No one will ever believe this playlist if I tell them.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:50pm

Did I tune into Destination Out by accident?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:50pm

Haha! Thanks DW & R, I am chuffed by that.
David W & Ruth:

Finley (the Crest parrot) has playdates with Ruth's African Grey, Tutu (Ruth's husband). No kidding.
Avatar 1:52pm

My friends had an African Grey named Marvin Grey
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:53pm

Nice Joni, what a switch up!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:54pm

That is wonderful!!! @ndbob, that is also wonderful. There's a grey parrot on Graham Ave. in an upholstery store nearer my house, we are always so sad because it is left alone on the weekends. I wish it could play too...
