Microwave it for 4-5 minutes and leave it with the door shut for 10-15 minutes. After the waiting period, remove the bowl and wipe the inside of the microwave down with a paper towel

In the apartment I used to live in they had a dumpster for EVERYTHING no recycling....I am happy to say in our new house (well, new to us) they have been recycling biweekly for the last thirty years! We recycle at least 50kg (100 pounds) of stuff a month....stuff getting re-manufactured into new stuff...good to see! @Fred -you should get a goat, I hear they eat some garbage...not sure what they would smell like in July in Paris however...

	11:50am P-90: For streaming FMU, I've really gotten used to the Pop-Up Player since it came along. a godsend. It just opens in its own little window and goes. I've A/B'd it with iTunes on a number of occasions, no difference in sound. Which there shouldn't be, if both are just accurately delivering the digital stream that magically emanates from Montgomery Street. The convenience of Pop-Up for using the archives can't be beat, either.

The convenience of Pop-Up for using the archives can't be beat, either.
