and yes, i gold-starred mystery lights straight away -really dug it. i don't see them coming anywhere near upstate ny soon though. (and when i went looking i saw that i had already put their album on my bandcamp wishlist!)

- yeah, an excellent cover!

So confession.. I went digging deep into my old psych collection last night and pulled a bunch of nutty stuff i hadnt heard in years like this one from My indole Ring
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:56pm
coelacanth:

why, Vikki! i've never heard you play anything nutty before! (haha!)
...anyway, i like it!

there was so much creativity in the 60s; and some bands were truly deep...even profound in their band names and songs' subject matter. then there was also so much silliness! folks trying hard to make it with the drug culture or whatever...or people who had a moment of what they thought was profundity, but really was elementary!
- even the silly stuff was good, a lot of it.

I agree! I listened to alot of that sil ystuff last night lol but so much profoundness abound i can't stand it. Lots of great music being mad today too but sadly not on radio like it was then
