Since you're all accustomed to me chronicling my health on these playlist pages, let me just say that I've become so paranoid about getting sick before the marathon starts, my vitamin C and echinacea intake has increased tenfold this week. As such, I have accidentally calcified all remaining moisture in my body and have grown what might best be described as a subtle exoskeleton. Additionally, there is a flower growing out of my left ear.

Pseu Braun w/ the Hoof & Mouth Sinfonia  that Britney Spears song that I don't know the name of   Live at the 2001 WFMU Fundraising Marathon  This is just a reminder of the fun that awaits you on these airwaves from March 3rd-16th. Don't miss WFMU's house band's (consisting entirely of WFMU staffers and DJs!) return appearance during the marathon finale on Sunday the 16th, beginning at 7 PM! Will Pseu top her previous performances? Will Scott Williams reveal for the webcam what a guitar god he truly is? Will Bethany and Joe Belock do their long-awaited Hoof & Mouth duet? Will I be intoxicated enough to wear that stupid cowboy hat again and sing another Flipper song?

Thanks to all for listening, especially those who emailed or called while the show was in progress. To all of you who listen on the archives, I hope you can put aside a few dollars and make your voices heard in realtime during my two marathon shows on the evenings of March 8th and 15th. I've assembled a great premium CD for my show, which I'll babble endlessly about next week, and will have tons of great CD prizes on deck for people who can help WFMU out with some walking around money during our fundraiser. It promises to be a hoot, with an option for holler, so PLEASE show your support! By the time you read this, the insanity may already be underway, so I urge you to lay off the archive page and check out the live signal, lest you miss something important! I'll be lucky enough to be joined by Miss Kelly Jones and Eva as my co-hosts, and I will be in the co-host seat for Diane Kamikaze on March 6th, and for Monica on March 15th, the latter featuring all manner of saucy, in-studio, web-cam action from Lady Ace and Miss Tickle! The most important thing to remember is that WFMU's fundraiser is looked forward to all year by staff and listeners alike. If you can't be here in person, let us know that what we do here is important to you by pledging your support for another year of programming that no other radio station would touch with a twelve yard coil of coaxial cable! We've gone to bat for your weird taste, so now it's your turn to tell us that it matters, right? See you there! Bring friends!
