First results on IMDB when you start typing "Jason" are Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones, Stargate, various upcoming superhero crap), Statham, Bateman, and Sudeikis.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:39pm Rich in Washington:

I'm old enough to remember when Jason and The Scorchers were Jason and the Nashville Scorchers.
Avatar 3:39pm Mayuko:

Hello Jason and everyone!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:43pm maestroso:

Hello Mayuko
Avatar 3:45pm Jason Elbogen:

Yeah I really gotta figure out the CD players here! Sorry
Avatar 3:45pm Jason Elbogen:

But hello everyone!
Avatar 3:45pm still b/p:

How could the Wiki list of fictional Jasons leave out the Jason Bolt character on Here Come the Brides? HOW is that possible?!! HOW can I rely on the resource ever again?!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:46pm Webhamster Henry:

Hey I have this record (Love & Life in the Punjab) - it's great! From the greatly missed World Music back building of Tower Records!
Avatar 3:46pm Jason Elbogen:

Hey Annie and some of my other returning listeners! Nice to hear from you again.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:47pm Parq:

Still b/p, wasn't "Brides" set in Seattle? Maybe the tech people don't want to admit there was a Seattle before Gates.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:47pm Webhamster Henry:

Jason, when I grew up there weren't any Henrys and now the world is lousy with them.
Avatar 3:48pm Jason Elbogen:

There was Henry the Serial Killer.
Avatar 3:48pm Jason Elbogen:

And maybe a famous hamster named Henry?
Avatar 3:49pm Mayuko:

Hi maestroso!

@Henry World Music back building of Tower Records? Tower Records had a building entirely world music section in NYC/NJ?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:52pm annie:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:56pm doctorjazz:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:03pm SeanG:

love your show Jason!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:18pm Webhamster Henry:

@Mayuko - no, the back of Tower Records on Broadway & 4th st in Manhattan had at one point a separate entrance that was a store for World Music and cutouts! That part of the building is now called Soul Cycle.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:20pm fred:

@Jason: the players in that ethnic music from Pittsburgh were not named?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:22pm Webhamster Henry:

My ex wife was in a show as a kid called "Tell It Like It Is", another Christian Folk-rock "relevance" show.
Avatar 4:23pm Jason Elbogen:

Fred--I'll ask the ethnomusicologists at Waxidermy
Avatar 4:23pm Mayuko:

I always thought someone should do a show only consists tracks by "unknown" people. I bet someone has done it already, but.
Avatar 4:34pm Jason Elbogen:

Hey Mayuko--maybe you can help translate this title?
Avatar 4:36pm Jason Elbogen:

google says: "EKO - Nīlakaṇṭha Dhāraṇī"
Avatar 4:37pm Mayuko:

Sure, that's "Eko ~ Daihishindarani", Eko pronounce like Echo, meaning Buddhist's memorial service.
Avatar 4:37pm Mayuko:

大悲心陀羅尼 is I think a name of the chant.
Avatar 4:43pm Mayuko:

Also, 只管打坐 = shikantaza.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:13pm Webhamster Henry:

They are run by Dominican Monks en.wikipedia.org...
kind of like Jesuits, who you probably know about.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:14pm Webhamster Henry:

Actually they call themselves friars, not monks. <self correcting
Avatar 5:21pm Jason Elbogen:

[Oops for dead/non-dead air]
