Favoriting Brian Turner: Playlist from September 13, 2016 Favoriting

Order and disorder in a freeform haze of terribly-played guitars, shorted-out electronics, found audio detritus, strange sounds from strange lands all around. Psych-punk-junk, collage, even pop. Lots of in-studio live performances to boot.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:13pm

@βrian: Many people in France take their vacation in summer and winter. And in May. And November. For an increasing number, it's unwelcome staycation without pay, though

βrian:

I think autumn is the best time to travel. Late September or early October, say.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:18pm
fred:

@βrian: September is definitely the best time to come to Paris: fewer tourists (hence lower prices), more places are open, and the weather is often better than in July/August.

So :
– unfortunately, yes, I'm back from an (indeed lovely) vacation.
– and sure it legitimate to ask "where the hell am I" but I promise I'm trying to appear more often, and chat with my WFMU friends :)
– and yeah, we are having a meeting between the Aussie and France WFMU bureau. Hopefully some pictures will be posted.
