	7:25pm Dean: You know what's kinda weird, I've been viewing lately random Stones YouTube clips, interviews, old shows, etc. Last night I dug into some recent appearances with Mick Taylor and later shows by his own band. I've never been a huge Stones fan. Got a handful of records, never saw them live. But wanted to investigate the legacy. And now this.

	7:27pm Carmichael: I saw Mick Taylor sometime around 1983 or so, with his own blues band. Closest I've been to seeing the Stones, and it was great (and LOUD).

	7:31pm Dean: My first was Sticky Fingers w/ zipper mid-'70s, then Goat's Head Soup, Exile much later, and even later Let It Bleed.

	7:35pm hyde: personally, i've always felt that the Beggar's Banquet-Let It Bleed-Sticky Fingers-Exile on Main Street lineup is the greatest 4 album run of any rock band ever

	7:38pm tim abdellah: I'm a fan of Some Girls, too. Objectively, I know it's not up there with the albums Hyde listed. But it gives me a huge grin from start to finish.
	7:38pm melinda: I have to admit I didn't explore thoroughly beyond the Hot Rocks collection I bought in 9th grade.
	7:39pm ndbob: maybe it's a reflection of being a little older - Satisfaction was seventh grade for me
	7:40pm Gary: I can still listen to Some Girls, which is saying a lot for me - as opposed to most of the albums of my youth, which I just don't feel anymore, even if objectively I know they're great ... maybe overplayed?

	7:46pm hyde: i feel like i should say that i do like Some Girls! i have a great extended disco mix of "Miss You" that is killer. but it's kind of a slow decline for me after Goat's Head Soup, imo.

	8:00pm Dean: I've been toying with picking up the official issue of the '75 tour in Los Angeles. I remember a high school friend having had the good fortune to go to one of those shows. She gave a glowing review.

	8:01pm hyde: yes, Steel Wheels! that was their big 80's comeback record because it was supposedly back to the roots. but it's a pretty tepid affair.

I've never been a huge Stones fan. Got a handful of records, never saw them live. But wanted to investigate the legacy. And now this.

	7:35pm hyde: personally, i've always felt that the Beggar's Banquet-Let It Bleed-Sticky Fingers-Exile on Main Street lineup is the greatest 4 album run of any rock band ever

	7:38pm tim abdellah: I'm a fan of Some Girls, too. Objectively, I know it's not up there with the albums Hyde listed. But it gives me a huge grin from start to finish.
	7:38pm melinda: I have to admit I didn't explore thoroughly beyond the Hot Rocks collection I bought in 9th grade.
	7:39pm ndbob: maybe it's a reflection of being a little older - Satisfaction was seventh grade for me
	7:40pm Gary: I can still listen to Some Girls, which is saying a lot for me - as opposed to most of the albums of my youth, which I just don't feel anymore, even if objectively I know they're great ... maybe overplayed?
