He was mesmerized by the hilarious cover, in which a sad, lonely, coiffured man reads his Dear John kissoff and his now ex looks at him, from the misty diffuse distance, ready to jumpstart her new romance with assuredly a rich Adonis. Both wear powder blue clothes and the whole thing looks like it was art directed by the local yearbook photographer. Billy looked at it, called Miriam over and beamed, "This guy looks just like Teddy Randazzo!" I can't look at it now without thinking of Randazzo, Billy or Miriam.
