A440 / Stochastic Hit Parade is excellent too but I miss the real early stuff.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:05pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Oh, cool. Those fragile discs and cylinders aren't getting any younger! Play them before they disintegrate.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:10pm dale:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:19pm dale:

i thought zithers were strummed. at least june carter strummed it.
Avatar 8:22pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Lovely record! The musicbox-like arpeggiated notes - the slide main melody...1912 - five years before '1st Jazz record', before WWI - much for cars around? Another world...
@dale: June Carter - autoharp? Dulcimer? Hm.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:23pm dale:

oh, maybe revrab.
  8:23pm shtus:

Awesome I was getting into some of this stuff on mayukos show play vertigo while you were away, but happy to have you back mac
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:24pm dale:

according to wiki, the "autoharp is not a harp at all, but a chorded zither". technically i'm both right and wrong.
Avatar 8:24pm Linda Lee:

like the japanese record very much!
Avatar 8:25pm Linda Lee:

definitely a window to another world.
Avatar 8:28pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

On autoharp - yeah - you strum - & press buttons that mute the right strings & leave others open to make the right Chord. Never met one that had all those strings in tune...John Sebastian had one in Lovin' Spoonful...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:29pm dale:

this rekkid is super clean! and funny.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:30pm dale:

electrically recorded?
  8:39pm Germany Ernie:

Any relation to Siegfried & Roy? I didn't get the joke about the can opener.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:42pm dale:

  8:43pm Listening Out There:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:47pm Ken From Hyde Park:
