As for the ticketing issues, I work at a theater where we have this problem with many shows. Scalpers find ways to swoop in and take more tickets then they ought to. More and more acts or working to prevent this from happening, but it's always going to be at issue I'm afraid.

Nothing like the feeling you get when you explain to people why there are dozens of empty seats in front of them when those tickets don't sell. It's never a good thing.
