I was really surprised when the Negativ-boys told me that "Tonight he murdered his parents!" ad was a real station promo, not something Negativland performed themselves...it's a promo for a broadcast of "Omen", and the announcer is saying "Little Damien is all grown up! Too bad for the cause of good!" Negativland put in on "Helter Stupid" unedited because it sounded so much like he was saying "Little David" [e.g. murderer David Brom]
