What a sweet song. Alex Chilton
  6:23am Alfia:

Hi Clay,
it is indeed a fantastic Friday! Here in the UK we wok up to such a beautiful thing! I still can't vote here yet and everyone here had me believing that a Tory win was a foregone conclusion! But it appears so many of my friends were frustrated (dare I say disgusted enough) to vote their conscience rather than waste their vote on strategies that we were able to stand up to this horrible, horrible government!
I'm so proud of the UK today and so glad to see the audacity of hope spreading to our cousins!

Please play this if possible. Cheers!

Avatar 6:23am Clay Pigeon:

Not sure pberlin?! No indication. Hello Ba-Kons!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:25am Stanley:

I echo Alfia's sentiment. Finally, a ray of hope in these islands in these dark days.

@Guido - maybe it will help protect the rights of the 3 million Europeans that live and work here. It should curb the Tories enthusiasm to mess with their lives.

Much rejoicing here in Canterbury this morning... we just got rid of our Conservative MP (they've held this seat since the 1800s) by less than 200 votes, all down to the motivated youth and students.
  6:46am Bluesman:

The BJM track sounds a lot like The (Dutch) Outsiders "C.Q.!" Same key, even!

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:49am Guido from Cologne:

EU-officials say a weakened partner is harder to negotiate with and they point out that issues on EU-citicens livin in the UK and vica versa are among their most urgent concerns.

Pete and Repete were sitting on a fence; Pete falls off, who is left?
  7:08am LCBD:

Every time you say," we'll do it live!", I crack up. Only good thing to be said about Bill O'Reilly.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:11am Ken From Hyde Park:

On this week's Seven Second Delay, the idea for a WFMU billboard came up. To build awareness of the new morning show, I proposed that Clay could do a remote broadcast from the billboard for a month. That would bring in lots of new listeners, I am certain.
  7:11am Alfia:

Brillaint! Who says Americans can't do British accents? You're obviously an exception Clay.
  7:12am Alfia:

LBCD agreed! It's something that n ver gets old!
