With Jake and Samantha on the coffee. Iced coffee in the heat, great. Hot coffee in the heat, still great.

Samantha:

the drink-the band yes of course..nothing better
  10:04pm
JakeGould:

Hot chocolate is also a divisive drink based on how it’s made. I loved Quik growing up… But I also have a German side of my family that insisted on that “real” hot chocolate where it was just melted chocolate in water? Ick.
Avatar 10:05pm
khd:

theres so much good stuff on those astral social club self-releases. like all of it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:06pm

Got to love how everyone has different ways of enjoying their beverages
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:08pm
coelacanth∅:

i haven't had hot chocolate (the drink) in a couple a years, but i like pure cocoa powder dissolved into almond milk with honey - very strong...and maybe some brandy, whiskey or sambuka added.
  10:10pm
P-90:

I stick with hot coffee and teas year round too.
  10:12pm

I used to like YooHoo! but the formula nowadays seems off. My stomach is never happy with it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:15pm
Ken From Hyde Park:

One of the best-tasting drinks I had was one time I went skiing and I bought a quart of chocolate milk that morning. After a day on the slopes, that was the most refreshing thing ever!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:19pm
Cooh John:

Hot chocolate in the winter, apple cider in the fall, and Arnold Palmer year round.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:21pm

  10:26pm
JakeGould:

What about egg nog? Only in the winter? Or all year.
Avatar 10:27pm
Samantha:

egg nog is my favorite thing
Avatar 10:28pm
khd:

eggnog lattes get me thru winter, but i don't know if i'd want it year round
  10:31pm
JakeGould:

Anyone else here go to the felt corner grocery store “8 Till Late”? It’s an art project next to the beer garden at the Standard Hotel. The whole place is just a complete recreation of the items you can get at a corner grocery… But all in felt. And I freaked a bit at the felt egg nog in the felt cooler… So anyway… I guess I have issues with egg nog in warm months.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:31pm
Drunken Creep:

This set is an elegant eggnog for the ear
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:33pm

I've been sipping a nice cab-merlot enjoying this set after a beautiful walk around the neighborhood. Pink skies and trees that seemed to light up in textures of green. Haven't heard "Beechwood Park" in a while. Perfect evening for this!
