Mike Sin! Just bragging about WFMU engineers to members of Lee Banes and the Glory Fires, and here you are! It's like my prayers, nondescript as they were, have been answered!
  1:18pm Listener Robert:

I wish you'd kept that at the speed you first put it on -- gave it a hard edge!
Avatar 1:19pm Marc Francis:

Woop woop! Rex usually kicks Saturday into gear for me. You've done a damn fine job of doing that yourself Mike Sin!!!!!
  1:25pm egould310:

The bands traveling through notice the difference and the care taken with their music.

Mike, don't sweat the crackles and pops, or even the skips!!! The warmth and magic of late 50s and 60s analog vinyl is a balm to my heart and soul. Thanks for your work!

Avatar 2:33pm KP:

While ago i saw a Vagrants reunion show (minus Leslie West). THe drummer was from the Soul Survivors and they turned in an awesome "Expressway to Your Heart."
  2:35pm Doc Rock:

YESSS!!! - Great show Mike. Lots of my faves 2day. Long may you rock n soul.
  2:39pm Listener Robert:

Mr. Brainen, if you were at all serious, the time to retire is when you don't feel it any more. I haven't noticed any deterioration of your shows, and I've listened for decades, but that's not important. Nor is it important who'd step into your place. If you feel you're still bringing it, and you still love it, that's what comes thru to the audience.
