Hey Mike! Welcome back! How was your vacation?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:19pm Mike Sin:

Very nice! Came home to find my big bag of marathon swag! Looking forward to hearing your "Sings for You" CD-R.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:21pm MattBelow:

Fab! Glad you made it back before the big storms
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:23pm pacific standard simon:

I got my box o'swag a couple of weeks ago. Loved the What's Happening?!?! disc. Is there a story behind it?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:28pm MattBelow:

Hey Pacific Standard Simon! No backstory, just a personal challenge to do something different. Glad you enjoyed it!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:32pm pacific standard simon:

My favorite thing was when you made "Go And Say Goodbye" sound less like a Buffalo Springfield song and more like a Mike Nesmith solo record.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:33pm MattBelow:

Cool! I was worried about that one. That one was challenging with the millions of guitars haha.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:33pm pacific standard simon:

I haven't heard "Dogs" in more than a dog's years.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:35pm MattBelow:

It's one of those songs they just seemed to abandon after it got released. Don't know why. It's got a great chorus!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:38pm pacific standard simon:

Ah, the Gants!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:45pm pacific standard simon:

I recently watched the movie that Cliff Richard and The Shadows made with Robert Morley. It was just as dire as expected, but still sort of interesting.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:50pm MattBelow:

Any good performances within the movie? Never seen it!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:55pm pacific standard simon:

The songs were good enough, but the performances were even more canned than other movies of the type. Definitely no Hard Day's Night.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:58pm MattBelow:

Darn...thanks for the heads up
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:58pm Mike Sin:

Well, that's very nice! The tom sound ob that record always sounded like a post-"Day in the Life" tuning style.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:58pm MattBelow:

Thanks to everyone for checking in! See you Saturday!
