I got my box o'swag a couple of weeks ago. Loved the What's Happening?!?! disc. Is there a story behind it?

Hey Pacific Standard Simon! No backstory, just a personal challenge to do something different. Glad you enjoyed it!

My favorite thing was when you made "Go And Say Goodbye" sound less like a Buffalo Springfield song and more like a Mike Nesmith solo record.

Cool! I was worried about that one. That one was challenging with the millions of guitars haha.

I haven't heard "Dogs" in more than a dog's years.

It's one of those songs they just seemed to abandon after it got released. Don't know why. It's got a great chorus!

Ah, the Gants!

I recently watched the movie that Cliff Richard and The Shadows made with Robert Morley. It was just as dire as expected, but still sort of interesting.

Any good performances within the movie? Never seen it!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:55pm
pacific standard simon:

The songs were good enough, but the performances were even more canned than other movies of the type. Definitely no Hard Day's Night.

Darn...thanks for the heads up
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:58pm
Mike Sin:

Well, that's very nice! The tom sound ob that record always sounded like a post-"Day in the Life" tuning style.
