Great so far, listening here in Australia. Good to hear some of my local stuff. I saw in Birthday Party in 1983. Still quite haven't gotten over it.

LOVIN the show... But I must respectfully state for the record that as a pop fan, first and foremost, Mould's songs on Warehouse are excellent AND that I enjoy the record's production as well: Raw and jangly, a totally original glossy-punk sound...

I believe I'm a fan of this program.

Creamo Coyl:

They're good but Grant wins that one. Sounds much better on wax, and anyway Candy Apple Grey is easily the "worst" Du album if I hadda choose.
Avatar 10:56pm
Creamo Coyl:

Actually Grant wins that one too. This should've been a reality show.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:00pm
Uncle Michael:

Apropos of very little, I played a live Grant solo set from 2000 on my show on Friday. Before he launches into the first song (2541) a "fan" yells "Bob SUCKS!" and Grant replies; "That's his personal business."

that Mr Partridge stuff is all remixes of stuff up to Drums and Wires.

@matt Cool thx

Yeah, "remix" is a little generous, more like a total effin up (in a glorious way).

...and that XTC cd is the only album they (Partridge) did of non-Beatle type material. 5 of the tracks were originally on a bonus 12'' that came with the Go To album, the rest is from Andy Partridge "Take Away - The Lure of Salvage".

Thanks, Creamo. Seems odd to hear your sign-off at this hour. I'm still used to it Sunday 6AM.
