Is WFMU’s audience growing via FM or online?

In my mind, it seems like the online listenership for radio—in general—is growing.

Is targeting a local FM “morning” show demographic in light of a global Internet listenership really a thing that should be pursued?

@Stanley: And then with the debt gone and a new landowner decides to build right behind WFMU what happens? It’s a very aggressive real estate market out there. What if they just want to “pile drive” WFMU’s building into cracking and forcing a sale that nobody wants. I know these are not pleasant things to think about, but a lot of nasty stuff happens in NYC/NJ real estate nowadays.
