What's even sweeter about that album that my favorite drag queen, who fancies himself the 6th Spice Girl, turned me on to it. In her boy waiter persona, he used to run "Maybe" all the time on video where he worked. The video for Maybe is amazing, too!

I think it's something to do with how rhythmic it is, with the single versus double length vowel sounds and chiisai tsu's and whatnot. 	4:09pm Cecile: Same with Spanish. I think it's the 2nd person plural tenses they don't use in North America, but they still use in Spain. So we learned everything. We did so much drilling, but it was kind of fun.

I've always loved steering people to music or movies they'd never get to on their own. In my record store days, I sold at least a dozen Cramps CDs off the player to older, dignified people who NEVER would have listened to a band with a name like "The Cramps" (let alone who LOOKED like the Cramps!)

The cutesy clear walkmans urban outfitters is selling are garbage. You need the right listening devices to keep your collection nice.

He was a DJ in the 60s era and his shows have been awesome to listen to. He did one show full of call/response songs. So the song "Duke Of Earl" by Gene Chandler followed by "Duchess of Earl" by the Pearlettes.

He was a DJ in the 60s era and his shows have been awesome to listen to. He did one show full of call/response songs. So the song "Duke Of Earl" by Gene Chandler followed by "Duchess of Earl" by the Pearlettes.
