I researched it once, and it seems that if you've worked a minimum of BLANK many hours on "published" music, you can vote in the Grammy's. So... don't most musicians with taste work in the industry? Why don't we take back the Grammy's? I think if everyone voted who COULD vote, much like politics, we'd have a far different turn out.

I never got to see Helmet in their "hey" day. I did get to see them a few years ago in a very small venue only 15 mintues from my house and they were great. The guys Page was playing with most of which were younger if I remember correctly were REALLY good.

We weren't allowed to watch the Monkees in my household when I was a very small boy, so only saw tv commercials for their show and at most the opening credit sequence. I thought the premise of the show was that they were supposed to be monkeys.
