  12:17am MONEYBAG$:

Is this a band playing a Foreigner cover while drunk? They are really messing it up
  12:20am Eric Hat:

I think my delay is weird. I was referring to that Mattoid track. After trying to find more about that, I discovered their song ‘The Pyramids’. Fantastic!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:21am jj.:

moneybag$: this actually is just foreigner, drunk, but it would've been offensive to just call it "drunk foreigner."
  12:23am rw:

Man, I like Foreigner way better when they're drunk.
  12:25am Eric Hat:

  12:30am Eric Hat:

Come to think of it, listening to the Mattoid, they kinda remind me of Can.
  12:31am Rob Gee:

drunken foreigner band sounds just as the name portends... oof :)
  12:44am yippie:

the almighty opp
  12:44am KP:

  12:48am Danne D:

So damn good Jesse! Thanks for an enjoyable trip home as always :)

  12:49am Eric Hat:

I think the catchiest part of the Frow Show theme is the swell tape degradation effect(?)... or is it actual tape degradation?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:01am jj.:

the degradation is original. the theme was recorded by a friend of mine on a 4-track on an already well-recorded-over cassette (circa 1996) and digitized sometime in the early 2000s.

This has been an amazing show!

@jj! Hells yeah. Sounded legit. One never knows these days though...
  1:54am Eric Hat:

That’s the way though. I wish I had saved all those ridiculously over used cassettes to record albums over. Then I’d be Ariel Pink. Ahah Hahahaha
  1:55am Jörgen:

I heard a track with a whining woman/spirit for 15 minutes or more. Trying hard to catch it up on google but no..
Great show!!!
  1:58am katharsis:

The mountain has left the painting.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:58am jj.:

that was probably the unknown Cambodian artist (though i had it layered/reverbed), but you can find the link to the original in the playlist.
  2:08am Jörgen:

Thanks jj. I would check it out.

Badass! Not a Dylan fan. But when he sings in that frog voice, really can’t help shedding tears.
  2:47am Eric Hat:
