Kind of old data but I don't think it's changed that much… Last line is kind of pertinent also. According to a 2008 RAND Corporation study evaluating the New York Police Department’s firearm training, between 1998 and 2006, the average hit rate during gunfights was just 18 percent. When suspects did not return fire, police officers hit their targets 30 percent of the time.

I am truly mystified by the lack of attention that Liquor Giants disc received. It should have been a smash. Also, do you really hate the Stones blues record? I thought it was the best Mick has been in decades. Keith isn't doing anything special, but I really liked it.
