NY State parks have yurts at some of their campgrounds. No bathroom, but A/C (GREAT in the hot hot hot summer!), beds (bring a sleeping bag!), a couch and a table with chairs. Its awesome!

i've done some leather treatment from the tractor supply but probably good old mink oil is the best best. problem is you can't oil the part that faces the inside lining.

@dale: I started buying my own clothes in HS in the early 90s, and yes, it was mostly late 60s/early 70s (and later 70s) fashion. Heck, I went to prom wearing a polyester leisure suit in '94. (My mom [still] manages a charity thrift store, so, when the nursing homes/order of the moose lodges etc dumped their clothes off of the recently deceased, I got first dibs!)
