Robert Tables:

Kurt, it's a possessive form of the name indicating it's his album. So the surname should just be Staszewski and the album just Piosenki Toma Waitsa (Tom Waits' Songs). Polish is hard!
Avatar 7:42pm
Kurt Gottschalk:

ah, thanks. doubly annoying because i'm looking at the cd but copying from the web. if i were less lazy about diacriticals i wouldn't be in this mess!
Avatar 7:42pm
zima:

tellehim is so beautiful, i think i will begin now
Avatar 7:42pm
Kurt Gottschalk:

ha! diacritics, i mean.

can't you edit comments on this thing?
Avatar 7:50pm
zima:

"kazika" is just a problem of declination. a long time ago there was a show of works by Picasso in Warsaw, and he thought his name was "Piacassa" and kept introduction himself in press conferences like that, which made no sense. The show was "of" his work, hence Picassa. So is "kazika" - meaning "of" Kazik. oh my god, this is a long boring post. sorry kochanie.
Avatar 7:56pm

it's ok.

i am still kicking myself for not buying an lp by ella fitzgeraldkova in prague.
