@Bronwyn and el numero uno: Do you think the muppets show's Waldorf was a reference to these schools?

@el numero uno: our school was inconsistent about that. unlike some waldorf schools, boys were allowed to do handwork and girls were allowed to do woodworking (although my last year we only had girls so they basically had to) but then girls weren't allowed to play outside in winter or our ovaries would freeze???

Parq:

"Conservative Waldorf Schools" would be a good name for a band. Anyway, I think so.

There are always great conversations on a Monica show. :D

@melinda: I guess so, but I'm all the more tempted to mess with these names because Statler and Waldorf is how I sometimes call Thierry and Patrick Müller, but only to their face. Because they tend to stand at the end of the bar at shows, most often complaining about the bands

@fred who are they?

@Parq featuring such exciting dance numbers as "Knit yourselves some ovary warmers" and the slow, sultry "Eu-rid-me of my urges to watch television"

Another way to tell it's a whole new country: the Good Grey just ran this lead: "The F.B.I. on Monday raided the office of President Trump’s longtime personal lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, seizing records related to several topics including payments to a pornographic-film actress."

Thierry has got some airplay on the station as Ilitch, Ruth, or Crash. Patrick not so much, but he mixed or produced a lot of stuff some of which got to the station. Fixtures of the local experimental scene
