That's all the stuff they call "Bro-country".

There's a viral YouTube that strings together a bunch of bro-country tunes by Shelton,Bryan etc that are all indistinguisable in construction.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:39am Richard:

Totally agree about the BF4. Always thought the prominent high hat was a defining characteristic of the sound.
  11:41am pp:

the Bro-country mashup is by Sir Mashalot, easy to find. I proly originally found it via a Michael link :) https://youtu.be/FY8SwIvxj8o

  12:06pm pp:

Brainen played The Hangups this morning, like The Cactus Blossoms, another Minneapolis band. They are similar in so many ways with the high harmonies. Also The Jayhawks!

Avatar 12:41pm Michael Shelley:

Avatar 12:43pm Michael Shelley:

I had high hopes for the Lindsay/Christine solo lp - which on paper was such a good idea - (I dont really need a lot of stevie nicks) but it was a big nothing
  12:44pm clarke:

well, i happen to think that the LB/mcV album is GREAT. made my top 20 last year
  12:46pm clarke:

i think one of the reasons lindsey was being so obstinate is that he wants to do another solo record and they just wanted to tour and tour.
  12:51pm dug:

he had one thing right: this is horribly wrong
Swag For Life Member 12:52pm tadpoles:
