Dear Sheila, This is perhaps the best hour you have ever programmed. I couldn't comment, just let it wash over me. I have no idea what Rage of Plastics is about but I loved both versions. The Gloria Jones mini-set was a perfect tribute to such a versatile and gorgeous musician. I'm so glad you are playing country more on your show, and both Erin Rae and Kacey Musgraves were tops, not to mention the luscious Anemone, and the international aspects of the hour, ending with giant Mirriam Makeba. @Adrian in London: It is RSD here in Korea today. I'll be hitting up some shops. It is really not that big here, but some record stores offer discounts or have some special releases. I'm going to try to get the Say Sue Me release (one-sided 12" of cover songs on clear vinyl).

yo, sheila! "doctor's orders" was produced by my dear friend eddie o'loughlin for the midland label (which he co-owned). after the disco era, he went on to found next plateau and had enormous success in the 80s with salt'n'pepa , among others! great show as always!
