	♥ 9:30am steveo: My co-op shift is smashing up rotten produce for the compost bins. The worst shift ever was the time we had 20 buckets full of mangoes. We felt it was our responsibility to use a shovel to split the pit on each one, so it could break down properly. I guess you could say I'm the king of co-op produce garbage. Which reminds me, hi Matt!

	♥ 9:48am Lewis: on Mangos: find the wide axis of the pit and slice along that side; flip around and do the same, now you have two nice pieces that are most of the mango. score from the flesh side toward the skin, first along the long axis and the perpendicular into about 3/4 inch chunks now invert the curve of the skin side and you have a nice bunch of chunks easily accessible. attach what is left on the pit in whatever fashion makes sense...

Only like three things happen in an opera, they just repeat everything five times so it takes three hours.

	♥ 9:48am Lewis: on Mangos: find the wide axis of the pit and slice along that side; flip around and do the same, now you have two nice pieces that are most of the mango. score from the flesh side toward the skin, first along the long axis and the perpendicular into about 3/4 inch chunks now invert the curve of the skin side and you have a nice bunch of chunks easily accessible. attach what is left on the pit in whatever fashion makes sense...
