ny/nj you'd get arrested, even though it's usually not illegal. they'd arrest you anyway and most people don't know enough to fight it. and yeah if you got picked up the chances of it being some creep are fairly high.

Rw, recently I took a truckload of old paint to the recycling plant out by the gravel pits in Irwindale. The guys that work there are all smeared up with all manor of toxic sludge, and yes, I thought to myself: What's this place like in the middle of summer?

FT, not sure if it's still there but there used to be a dump near Rose Hills Cemetery off the 60. They had that sludge too. I had a job driving a dump truck when I was a kid and I used to enjoy sliding the truck around in it!

Yeah, that was a great dump! I used to go there with my Pa. While he was preoccupied, I would roll tires down the hill onto the 605, which was been built at the time.
