I can't resist a dark bread with walnuts and figs/cherries/cranberry with peanut butter slathered on top- kind of offset with anti-inflammatory foods

@chresti cutting out sugar was a soul-crusher but still the most effective dietary change I made. Figuring out one's individual inflammatory foods beyond that is tough, though. I'd like to try making injera with teff flour.
