Ahh! The world of converso—and non-converso—Jews in the world. Yeah, that references mainly Spain, but still… There are about 5 siblings of my mom that simply disappeared during World War II. Hoping that if they weren’t slaughtered, they somehow became “Christian” in some way and survived.
