Got only three discs by Agee ("The Devil's Angels," "From Now On" and "I'm Not Looking Back"), clearly need to dig deeper...

So I'm looking at Ides of March info, and now will be listening intently for a described edit in "Vehicle" -- next time I hear it -- that was necessary after a screwup in the studio.
Avatar 11:00pm
Kris Holmes:

I never even bothered checking for anything pre-Vehicle until recently, damn that edit sounds interesting.

i been on a kinks kick myself for a few months now. set me free has always been one of my favorites, musically. gets stuck in my head regularly. i just wish the lyrics weren't so bad.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:13pm
coelacanth∅:

"lazy old sun" gets into my head a lot. playing it doesn't get it out. stellar track.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:16pm
coelacanth∅:

- and, i guess i never considered the 3 3 dog night's prior lives; though i did research each of the 4 instrumentalists at one time.
Avatar 11:16pm

I saw a portly beast, slightly curled, legs up and apparently lifeless, at a driveway edge between two houses last week as I left a gathering. But the colors...that's not a raccoon, not a possum....a dog? Just as I pointed it out to someone else and approached it pretty certain of the joined-the-choir-invisible worst, tubby matted cat rolled over and got up, and owner stepped up and introduced the pet to us.

he ain't that fat
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:21pm
coelacanth∅:

when i was little our neighbor had a cat that was ultimately nicknamed "coffeetable". it's pretty reprehensible to let a cat get that fat; but eventually all 5 human members of the family achieved similar levels of fitness.
