Seymour tried to sign my band in the mid 90's, while we were based in Amsterdam (due to immigration troubles in London where we had been based.) By then, he was more of a figurehead, and he and the manager he was teamed up with were pushing us hard. But since it was before cell phones and email it was all via fax and werid payphones, haha!

Completely enjoyed this interview. I can understand Seymour being a bit protective of some topics because he's one of the few guests that Michael interviewed that is (was) still in a very visible and influential position for a major corporation. He was probably just expecting the standard "PR" interview to promote a product.
