When I was in chorus in high school, the director had us sing each other's parts, altos sing the bass line, tenors sing the sopranos, etc. I felt the tenor register was more comfortable for me. @KrysO renting has no cap. No rent controls. I couldn’t stand the thought of it going up and up ad infinitum...how would anyone afford that at 80 years old if they didn’t have a top paying job ? There’s hardly anyone who gets a pension LOL anymore, my job is freelance, I have to have about ten other hustles. At least my mortgage will be the same for the duration. And improvements and maintenance are an investment. Even living in an RV now costs about $ 700/mo anywhere near atlanta unless you have friends with private property.
