	♥ 4:38pm coelacanth∅: i've often said that Mitch was Jimi's drummer counterpart. aside from just being an outstanding drummer, i don't think it's possible that a more suitable drummer could've been chosen to compliment Jimi. i think Jimi realised this -if not before, then certainly after his stint with the clumsy, lacking of finesse and intuition and somewhat egocentric Buddy Miles.
