"Dore 735 original value maybe £150"
And a story:
"Apparently on the way to Dore recording studios on Melrose Avenue,L.A. the group would would be in a car that hit a large dip in the road that would make group members heads hit the roof of the car. It got so the driver would hit it at speed just to cause havoc in the back seat, every time they went to work. The group members would respond with accapella "Do The Dip it's really Hip." Nicholas Caldwell (second tenor & barritone) member and writer wrote and recorded the tune..in june 1965..."

i've come across that McDaniels 'walk with a winner' 45 "in the field" once. (and it was out of my budget.) mcdaniels adjacent - i like the Gloria Lynne 'you don't have to be a tower of strength' track.
