Now, forget that and imagine a warehouse find of a stash of unknown Caedmon LPs: Cary Grant reading Aldous Huxley’s The Doors of Perception, Groucho Marx reading Mark Twain’s The Mysterious Stranger, Dirk Bogarde reading Colin Wilson’s The Outsider, Shel Silverstein reading from Francois Rabelais’ Gargantua and Pantagruel. Now, forget that and imagine 40+ minutes of air time featuring the literary talents of Gaylord Fields, Bronwyn C., Steinski, DJ Stashu, Cheyenne, Scott Williams, and the Inflatable Squirrel Carcass.
