Hey, @chris – I don't see indications of Big Streaming Problems (no alerts from our monitoring, and the stream encoders have stayed in contact with stream0 for some seven days solid at current count), and I'm listening to the 128k AAC stream now... will continue to keep an attentive eye on the streams, of course.

@chris: if you have access to a desktop computer hardwired to your Internet connection and can try, say, that 128k AAC stream in a standalone player like VLC or iTunes or suchlike... that might help figure out if the WiFi is being interfered with versus probs with the Comcast.

Not synths, but some sort of weird data-thingie, likely? I recall (early 1980s, teenager years) writing random programs in BASIC on the home computer, saving 'em to cassette drive, & playing 'em (far too loud) on the home stereo... similar sounds, if memory serves...

Dale that is an incredibly sexist, anti-intellectual and morally offensive view of the world. Almost every comfort you enjoy to this day was created by men. There's no reason to marginalize men. There are good and bad. Just more unnecessary mysandry on a great show.
