A rare opportunity to hear my fave show live (I'm in the UK) and I turn on to find it's a total cat-stravaganza - just on the very day our beloved cat Doris has just had an emergency kidney operation. We're working on getting our boy's weight down, too. Sometimes he'll go through his antics to have his bowl refilled, and when it is, he'll just check on it, then walk away. As long as he knows it's there, he's happy.

@Brian ~ i found it incredibly easy to get the cat's weight down. honestly, just remove the corn. even 'weight loss' foods have corn in it. of course it doesn't work so well. they don't metabolize corn. it's just industry-friendly filler.

I was watching some cooking show last night and apparently the big thing for making deserts is to use cereal milk. They dump a bunch of Cap'n crunch into the milk, let it sit for about 10 minutes, then drain the milk. I'm gonna try it next time I bake
