Beats mismatched. New mystic moods. The International Style. Pressed and dressed. Queasy listening. New ways to fail. More is more. Backroom room tones.

he-he-hello. one and all!
Avatar 3:09am Diezel Tea:

Hello Jesse. Good morning. This set I presume will keep me sane at my desk as usual. Aces!
Avatar 3:11am Jesse Dorris:

Hey Diezel! It's gonna be a bump ride!

Avatar 3:17am Satis-factory records:

Good morning Jesse & peeps!
Avatar 3:20am Jesse Dorris:

Hello! How's Monday treating you so far?
Avatar 3:24am Satis-factory records:

Not badly thank you! It's nippy in Manchester now but not horrifyingly so. Saw Bo Ningen on Saturday night which was good fun - mostly went for the support band Witch Fever who are the Babes in Toyland I never had. Did you have a good weekend Jesse?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:29am Kudubundu:

Hi all. Just joined the show. Looks like I have missed some goodies.
Avatar 3:32am Jesse Dorris:

Witch Fever! I've heard good things about them! Eh I've had better weekends to be honest, but did see Spiritualized with the wordless music orchestra and a full choir last week--my head and my heart still haven't recovered!
Avatar 3:32am Jesse Dorris:

Hey Kudubundu! You can always go back and stream it when it's over :)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:32am fred:

Good morning Jesse and all
Avatar 3:34am Jesse Dorris:

Good morning, Fred! How are you?
  3:46am Pixsqueak:

I was about to turn in and get some shut eye. But then you go and play these last six fantastically hypnotic tunes. Sleep is overrated anyway. Thanks, Jesse.
Avatar 3:46am Diezel Tea:

This is so far IME one of your stand out sets, JD. Howdy @fred & @Kudubundu.
Avatar 3:48am Jesse Dorris:

Hey Pixsqueak! Aww thanks, sorry for your sleep. I just poured myself a coffee....
Avatar 3:48am Jesse Dorris:

Thanks, Diezel! That means a lot.
Avatar 3:48am Satis-factory records:

Aw you must've had all the feelings! Definitely take care of yourself after that! (Is this why you're playing one of the most emotional Burial songs? I swear I tear up every time it gets to the 'there's a kid somewhere' bit) Witch Fever are SO great, I'm seeing them again in a week supporting The Chats, can't wait
Avatar 3:49am Jesse Dorris:

I'm not crying in the wfmu studios, why would you say that
Avatar 3:49am Jesse Dorris:

But it's gonna be one of those rollercoaster sets I think!
  3:49am Pixsqueak:

Mmmm coffee good.
Enjoy it, Jesse.
I’m just gonna zone out with your magic.
Avatar 3:52am Satis-factory records:

Yes, none of us are crying, how preposterous
Avatar 4:01am Diezel Tea:

Ithink I'm gonna skip lunch today to keep on listening to this set.
Avatar 4:08am Jesse Dorris:

High praise indeed, thank you very kindly.

Avatar 4:54am the Canterbury wood-elf:

First time i've heard this show... listening on 128k MP3 (the usual stream isn't working) but this set has still sounded particularly wonderful. Thanks Jesse!
Avatar 4:56am Jesse Dorris:

Hmmm that's weird the stream isn't working, but hello to you! Thanks for listening, and very glad it's doing you good!
Avatar 5:08am Diezel Tea:

JD - another cool underground electronic artist I discovered here (yes, I'm always promoting music from Armenia, shamelessly) that I think is up your alley is fassound.bandcamp.com FAS. Young kid, downtempo, oriental hip hop instrumentals.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:10am Zetti:

morning. kompakt :)
Avatar 5:11am Jesse Dorris:

FAS! Huh! I'll check it out, thanks!
Avatar 5:12am Jesse Dorris:

Morning, Zetti!
Avatar 5:12am Diezel Tea:

Yeah and btw the pop up player is kinda bouncing in and out the past hour or so.
Avatar 5:13am Jesse Dorris:

Ugh, ok, I'll let the tech wizards know!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:29am Kudubundu:

Pop up player working fine for me in the UK.
  5:40am Ike:

Hi! I don’t usually get a chance to listen to this show live but I often enjoy the archives a lot!
Avatar 5:47am Jesse Dorris:

Hi Ike! Aww that's wonderful to hear, thank you for telling me!
  5:50am ian:

this song is so real... wow.
Avatar 5:52am Jesse Dorris:

It never got more real than Betty Davis.
  5:54am ian:

Avatar 5:59am Diezel Tea:
