	9:25pm melinda: @Flash me too. CBD oil did nothing for me but Maine has legalized recreational use and I could really use something for sleep, anxiety, brain fog... I heard today on a podcast that half of all the states have legalized weed, and thought i'm sure a lot of that is limited to medical use, I hope it's just a matter of time before it spreads.
	9:25pm coelacanth∅: i barely smoked at all for long periods in adulthood. i felt it made me lazy and life's too short for that. also made me unsociable, and most of my opportunities were when it was passed to me. if i smoked it i'd then just want to go draw somewhere.

	9:29pm passiflora: since this cold, ya'll have inspired me. got shoes and jacket on gonna get some crackers for 2003 style, since I don't feel like making an intensive butter. will walk n' listen it out
	9:29pm Flash Strap: yeah it's a pretty important part of my creative process, i use it pretty extensively when i need to approach an in-progress work or idea from a new perspective. it's basically an oblique strategy that i can smoke, and I've trained myself not to get lazy on it (most of the time)

	9:31pm Flash Strap: ingestion of homemade stuff is pretty intense and unpredictable in my experience, tho edibles from the west coast / dispensaries have been pretty reliable and mellow

	9:45pm coelacanth∅: it's funny because she's thought about it for a few years, for anxiety and sleep, after stopping all recreational drugs besides alcohol 21 years ago when she got pregnant. her asshole corporate lawyer (is that redundant?) husband said no way in the house because it's illegal. it still is where they live but when they went to visit their daughter at collage near la it was apparently he who went nuts with the edibles! and was all for bringing some back.

	9:52pm coelacanth∅: i once made pan-fried cookies with some herb that i grew that was very green and not a very potent smoke. i'd eaten a little and somehow it was pretty strong. then i brought some to a party and met up with a friend i didn't know well and she ate some. after almost an hour she said she felt nothing and wanted more. though i said she should wait (she was drinking anyway so it shouldn't have been so bad) she ate the same amount again and soon was out of her mind. first crazy but fun; then yes paranoia. then just plopped in the corner resignation.

	9:29pm Flash Strap: yeah it's a pretty important part of my creative process, i use it pretty extensively when i need to approach an in-progress work or idea from a new perspective. it's basically an oblique strategy that i can smoke, and I've trained myself not to get lazy on it (most of the time)
