Mentor passed away a couple of years back.

	8:47am Linda Lee: here's a tip for getting rid of a cold very fast. very hot bath ~ i mean, super hot. the kind of hot that makes you sweat. brew a pot of ginger-root tea. sip it while you sit in this hot bathtub. when the water turns tepid, get out of the tub & wrap in a blanket to finish your tea. the point is sweating. my herbalist wife taught me this one. she was in graduate school at the time & could not miss class.
