	6:06am Daybreak, the Meditator: Greetings from Boonton where I feared I would not sleep last night. After laying in bed for 40 minutes with no luck, my wife came to bed, heard and my frustration and suggested: “why don’t you try a guided meditation, you don’t need to use headphones I won’t mind.” Even though I was dubious and it took another half an hour: it Worked! I woke up this morning and I don’t feel too shabby. So thankful for my wife, her wisdom, and her understanding this morning.

Weren't we shocked when she swooped down just above us and hovered for a moment matching us in speed. I'm not sure if she thought something in the Jeep was prey or if she was just coming by to say hello, but it was the most amazing moment I've ever had while driving.

After laying in bed for 40 minutes with no luck, my wife came to bed, heard and my frustration and suggested: “why don’t you try a guided meditation, you don’t need to use headphones I won’t mind.” Even though I was dubious and it took another half an hour: it Worked! 	♥ 8:49am NotARealDoctor: Maybe about 10 years or so ago, when I was driving a long stretch of rural highway back to school in my Jeep Wrangler with my future husband, we had the top down and saw a bald eagle flying above us. Weren't we shocked when she swooped down just above us and hovered for a moment matching us in speed. I'm not sure if she thought something in the Jeep was prey or if she was just coming by to say hello, but it was the most amazing moment I've ever had while driving.

But as they drove down into the valley a huge bald eagle appeared and flew right alongside his window. Needless to say, total change of mood.
