  1:00pm John from Florham Park:

Well my fellow WFMU listeners I have finally figure out how to put the songs I listen too on my Spotify personal list, have to use the website, not the iPhone app. Hopefully on the next update it can be fixed but this is a great work around for me
Avatar 1:02pm Carmichael:

Is Isaak channeling Roy Orbison?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:14pm steveo:

Hi Joe! I'm sorry but I only dream of you every 3rd or 4th night.
  1:14pm John from Florham Park:

Wow a great song by Chris, something besides I don’t want to fall in love with you
  1:15pm PSS:

When hasn't Issak channeled Orbison? Both are great.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:16pm Krys O.:

I was gonna guess that this was something off of Laminar Flow. Kudos to Chris Isaak.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:16pm Parq:

  1:18pm listener monica:

Avatar 1:18pm SmokinJ:

  1:18pm John from Florham Park:

@pss after hearing that song that made him famous it got a little old after a while
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:19pm Krys O.:

Isaak also channels Del Shannon a bit.
Avatar 1:21pm Carmichael:

I saw him in Stockton (his hometown) about 10 years ago. Pretty good show.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:28pm steveo:

sounds good, Paul Collins!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:32pm Parq:

I actually encountered that Issak song first as "Opfer dieses Liedes", that shriekey version that was an FMU hit for a while. I honestly thought that was the original, and when I first head the Isaak version, I thought what now seems impossible -- that he was covering Les Raines Prochaines. Such is the weird world my mind lives in. I've still heard the strange version about five times more often than the original.
  1:34pm Dungaroos Kipawah:

Paul’s latest is one of his best, one of my favorites of last 6 mo & of his ever, going back to the Beat days. “Tick Tock” is gorgeous. PC still on top
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:36pm Barney Grubbs:

Lucky Lager came in stubby 11 oz bottles, but the rebus under the cap almost made up for the missing ounce
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:45pm Ciggy:

Great to hear Paul Collins.
Avatar 1:46pm Joe B:

Paul with the fleshtones and the martinest at bowery electric thursday night! european tour kicks off thursday in stockholm
Avatar 1:46pm WO Town Wick:

This Lost Again song is very nice.
Paul mentioned "Gentlemen Jesse"'-Gentlemen Jesse's album "Leaving Atlanta"--released about 5 years ago--is IMO a power-pop classic. A loss they didn't catch on or followed up.
  1:58pm John from Florham Park:

@parq that was way before I started listening to FMU and freeform in general and was listening to commercial radio and it’s same crappy songs
  1:58pm Dungaroos Kipawah:

Thanks fellas!
  1:58pm Tim from LH:

Paul Collins sounding great! Gotta pick up his new album.
Avatar 2:03pm KP in DC:
