Favoriting Hinky Dinky Time with Uncle Michael: Playlist from March 22, 2019 Favoriting

Turning over the toy box and jamming together the gloriously mismatched musical Lincoln Logs, Legos and Tinker Toys from Tin Pan Alley pluggers, pickled egg tavern weepers, lockstep soul ensembles, skinny-tie power poppers, Eurotrash ravers, moontanned art school rockers, drunken soccer anthems and anything else that seems like a good idea at the time. There are no guilty pleasures.

@dan I think the issue there for me is that you take a song like Stay with Me I will always hear Rod Stewart singing that song. Marriott would have done a STELLAR version of the song but it would never invoke the same reaction that the version we all no does for me. So really the only way it would not be better for me is through the complete changing of history.

There's another vague song,"Things I Wanna Do." I've been toying with constructing a reduced version of the English lexicon. Only use "it" or "them" for pronouns; "thing" for nouns; "do" for verbs. Maybe keep "is." "Things I Wanna Do" would be "Things It Is Do."
