I did jury duty twice. An amazing experience! I still have contacts that I met sitting around and reading waiting to be called! I hope I get another letter! It's your civic duty (and pleasure!)

Seems they cast a wide net for potential jurors since the advent of the internet. I haven't served on a jury since the 90s despite being 'called' 4 times since. My jurisdictions changed several times in that period also.

As an attorney, thank you for being involved. Our jury system is what, imo, makes this such a great nation. A jury of our peers rendering judgement to right wrongs and provide justice. Thank you!

Sid:

Beat/Glide was a rock hit in 1980 - the Hot 100 charts at that time didn't accurately reflect songs that were made hits by AOR stations. You could hear these songs everywhere as album tracks, but as 'singles,' they only made the lower to mid reaches of the singles charts.
  12:50pm
dano59:

It was a real hit on AOR station WAAL in Binghamton. I lived in Dallas in 80 and it wasn't played as much there
Avatar 12:56pm

The synths on this new segue are very late 70s-early 80s.
