	♥ 6:36pm dale: it sucks linda - replaced about a third of the main beam and trying to cut out rotted joists and get new wood in working around the existing plumbing and wire and the hanging furnace and all the duct. and the garage is FILLED with junk and you can't get a scaffold set up. i was standing on a pile of crap and my foot went through and i could have broken my ankle.
