@LindaLee, have you chosen your realtor yet? They are usually pretty good with painter recommendations for any budget. Also, not sure about the town in Catskills, but most areas will have a private Facebook community group that is a great source of information and recommendations for local tradesman. Hope it goes well for you :)

I was briefly in a band around 1984 where we wrote and practiced without drums at the Chelsea Hotel. The bassist lived there. We would walk down to the west side highway to rent a rehearsal place when we wanted to include the drummer. GREAT. TIMES!

@Linda Lee: We must have seen the same tour "Radio Ethiopia". She opened for Bob Seger in Tampa and fell off the stage and broke her neck. Ended the tour and almost her career. I was there for that and have a recording of the show from a cassette player I snuck into the show.
