I'll be playing some wonderful noise, berating rock 'n' roll, titillating punk, joyous melodies and everything in between; eclectic aural gems from the '50s to today.

  3:06am sorry:

Got a little excited that you were going to rewind Joy Division for a second go around ;)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:06am Aitch:

Liking your show very much indeed. Cheers from Oz
  3:17am old ERIC thee hat:

Sinead. Aitch. Folks. Goddamn. How am I supposed to get to bed?
  3:18am old ERIC thee hat:

Aitch...it’s winter down there, no?
  3:19am old ERIC thee hat:

Also...is it pronounced as ‘H’? That’s what I figured.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:20am Aitch:

Yes oEth, short days, sun just set (+14hrs). And yes, as in the letter.
Avatar 3:20am Nulsh:

Goooooood mornin'!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:20am Guido from Cologne:

Good morning Sinead and everyone!
  3:25am old ERIC thee hat:

I knew it. H! So good.
  3:26am old ERIC thee hat:

I’ve heard djs pronounce it differently. All good. I always read it as H.
Avatar 3:28am Cool Runnings:

Good morning Sinéad. Hello everyone!
  3:29am old ERIC thee hat:

Craiking us up Sinead, and howdy world listeners.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:45am Guido from Cologne:

Last week finished reading John Lydon's autobiograph.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:46am Aitch:

He'd probably hate the horn section on this one, weirdly good though.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:49am Guido from Cologne:

Guess he wanted it.
Virgin was urging for hits and he was proud to prove PiL's capability.
Too much "mainstream" for my taste back in the days.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:53am Aitch:

Throbbing squirm
Gurgling bloody mess
I'm not a discharge
I'm not a loss in protein
I'm not a throbbing squirm....

Avatar 4:26am B/wad:

Welcome to the summer schedj Sinead.
Longtime listener here from my New Jersey adolescence, not streaming your radiowaves from my home planet.
Rock. On.
Avatar 4:26am B/wad:

@Fashion Tashjian: is that you Diezel?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:33am Guido from Cologne:

Is it Shannon or is it Wanda?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:33am diciassette:

It's not Shannon, so it must be Wanda?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:36am Guido from Cologne:

Wanda and Cramps! Whow!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:36am diciassette:

So much intrigue!
Avatar 4:42am Sem:

Good morning, Sinead, and hello, all. Receiving this transmission 5 by 5.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:45am Guido from Cologne:

Whatever it is: appears highly Shangi-Las-inspired
Avatar 4:55am B/wad:

Pimp it Sinead!
Avatar 5:02am Diezel Tea:

Props to b/wad for using alien technology to find my whatsapp number. Great set today, Sinead, btw.

Avatar 5:04am jdaAndAnoukFromKöln:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:05am diciassette:

I am experiencing Feel the Pain 11:11. I'd put it on for whatever reason the other day, then Michele put it on, and now tonight.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:11am Cmurtha:

I didn't catch the first show, but I am here for the second
  5:16am Scott in Tokyo:

All the hits. What a set.

Friendship ended with Spotify
now WFMU is my best friend
Avatar 5:17am Nulsh:

I saw Mogwai loads in their early days - I initially felt they were a poor man's Slint. But they really grew on me. Always look forward to their new releases.
The soundtrack they did for the French TV Drama Les Revenants is excellent.
Avatar 5:20am Nulsh:

Damn! Tiswas! Deep dark memories! And OTT!
Avatar 5:21am Diezel Tea:

@Nulsh personally I think HSFHP was the record that marked the decline of Mogwai's creativity, but that's just me. I would still catch them live whenever I could after that record.
Avatar 5:24am Nulsh:

Diezel Tea, you didn't rate Rave Tapes? I really liked that one.
Agreed they make a braw noise live. Oddly I haven't seen them live in a few years.
  5:25am Jan-Willem:

Hi Sinead! Enjoying your show! Energizes my thursdaymorning :-) Keep it up (and “our house” out)
  5:25am Eric from Lake Hiawatha:

Way thanks for Sleaford Mods first listen of “Tiswas”, ‘twas compelling
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:27am Cmurtha:

With two cats in the yard life used to be so hard.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:27am Aitch:

Snazzy. Beat on the brat indeed
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:28am Ken From Hyde Park:

Good morning, Sinead and followers.
Avatar 5:29am Davee:

Good morning. How are you?
Avatar 5:35am Diezel Tea:

@Nulsh nah, don't really like it. I mean, all of their records I adore for production value and innovation (then again, perhaps that's all attributed to Dave Fridmann,) but the songcraft from HSFHP on I think became a bit more, I dunno, common?
Avatar 5:39am Davee:

I like ketchup better
  5:46am Crei6hton:

  5:47am Colleen:

Feel like Clay just started!!
Avatar 5:47am Nulsh:

Diezel Tea, fair dos. I still like the noise and the atmosphere. Never seen them as "song" guys. That said, I really like the wee country song they did on Les Revenants.
Avatar 5:51am Davee:

Great show!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:51am Cmurtha:

Thanks for the show, the last 1/3 was pretty good! (I did not hear the start!) Have a good one Sinead
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:52am MyAcademy:

Confirmed, show rips. Keep it up!
Avatar 5:53am Nulsh:

Agreed, thanks Sinead!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:55am Joe C from Brooklyn In Staten Island:

Ok, now you have my attention.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:56am Ken From Hyde Park:

Thanks, Sinead. Take care.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:00am Cmurtha:

It's going to be a odd to hear the transition to clay without being told to read a book.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:02am Ken From Hyde Park:

That's all you get!
