Beats mismatched. New mystic moods. The International Style. Pressed and dressed. Queasy listening. New ways to fail. More is more. Backroom room tones.

Hey @drunken, thanks. Gonna play a bunch of moments my phone by surprise recorded at the Queer Liberation March on Sunday....

This gut has some issues that have nothing to do with his sexuality. He sounds like he will never be happy.
Avatar 3:14am
Jesse Dorris:

That's what's kept Larry Kramer alive.
Avatar 3:17am
Hassan.the.eighth:

im really new to this show but this sounds really cool and ive already discovered a new artist and an activist who ive never heard of so thanks
  3:18am
ignatatus666:

Anger or depression?
Avatar 3:19am
Jesse Dorris:

hey @Hassan! Welcome aboard. There's lots more in store, hope you enjoy. And Kramer's definitely worth investigating.
Avatar 3:19am
Jesse Dorris:

Anger mostly. Depression lately, I think.
  3:24am
ignatatus666:

He must not be from NY
If he is he’s around the wrong people
NY is mostly positive
Yet no matter what someone will always find negativity
PMA we got that
Avatar 3:28am
Jesse Dorris:

He's a New Yorker for sure. Crucial AIDS activist, never one to look for a silver lining in a thunder cloud.
Avatar 3:30am
Jesse Dorris:

It's a controversial speech he gave. But even arguing with it is productive.
  3:33am
ignatatus666:

Sounds like he’s not progressing
Sometimes being an extremist will make one forget about being an activist, then confuse the 2 without realizing it.
I’m sure as an activist he has witnessed first hand so many wrongs especially with the treatment of persons with AIDS. On top of it to watch those you were helping and grew to love passing away. That will definitely add to the depression.
Sounds like the community as hole should learn more about him and people like him
  3:33am
ignatatus666:

Sorry
As a Whole.
Avatar 3:40am
Jesse Dorris:

haha Kramer would probably agree with "community as hole" to be honest. And a thousand times yes, he should be a household name and venerated and debated. I imagine he'd prefer that to happiness.
Avatar 3:48am
Diezel Tea:

What's going on, folks? I'll have to peep some more Konx-Om-Pax. If he's allowed on Planet Mu then it has to be, interesting.
Avatar 3:50am
Jesse Dorris:

Hey @Diezel! Yeah, Konx has some great records out!
  3:51am
ignatatus666:

I wonder if we can get Kramer to advocate for saving the bees and fighting against many of the same corporate enemies.

Ahhh, yes, listener B/wad was harping on me to dig this Burial tastiness, and all for the better.

And I misspelled your user name, Ignatatatus666. SHAME!!! But, speaking of reverence for the unholy, My ideal vanity plate is available here in Armenia - 54TN666, though It's like $80, which is enough for a month's plus worth of groceries here, so I dunno if I'll pull the trigger. However, maybe it's the thought that counts that will redeem by offence to your unholy username, homie.

ignatatus666:

Bees should be everyone’s concern
I’m active in many things
Bees are definitely one of them.
Thanks Diezel I’ll check them out

Good morning everyone! Late today, I was scrambling to try to sort the speakers out so I didn't miss the new Burial. Excited for rabble rousing!

ignatatus666:

My unholy alliance was in reality of what is and what is not as a young child.
Basically in the realization that adults are liars especially those brainwashed by organized religion
Then as my Mother sat with others reading the Bible I walked up to her chalkboard and wrote my Birthday across the board for all of them to see

Protecting sex workers and legalization of prostitution makes the Government the Pimps. Is that what we as a people want?
This has been a topic amongst our friends recently.
Avatar 4:14am
Satis-factory records:

Decriminalisation is what sex workers want - not legalisation. Here's a really useful talk given by an absolute babe: www.ted.com...
  4:16am
ignatatus666:

Legalization of anything that earns money , the Government always becomes the Pimp
  4:17am
ignatatus666:

You de criminalize means you legalize.
Avatar 4:19am
Diezel Tea:

My earbuds aren't producing enough bass. ((
Avatar 4:26am
Jesse Dorris:

How about we drop the concept of the pimp altogether and ask sex workers what they think is best. They tell us decriminalization. And that is a very different legal and social structure than legalization.
Avatar 4:27am
Diezel Tea:

Ice-T might be upset about us removing pimping from the economy.
  4:40am
ignatatus666:

Jesse my take on that is not in disagreement
It’s a sad fact of how much power our Government has and they should have no power at all.
