your program is truly transformative, one moment I'm in Belleville workshop, soon I,m anywhere I wish to go. Hearts of Space aired on WNYC and was an important part of my radio pleasures. I recall staying up late working on jigsaw puzzles with HOS guiding my thoughts in the background . In a half dazed slumber I recall hearing Arvo Parts' Tabula Rasa and being totally spooked thinking when will I ever hear anything like that again. I wasn.t sure what to think of it! Now I need it. Hearts of Space also was aired on saturdays mornings and it was a joy to hear it while resting in bed. Keep up the good work!

Melinda: I remember New Dimensions! Used to listen on my hometown community radio station KDHX 88.1 St. Louis in the early 90s and then on Montana Public Radio while working as a fire lookout in the Bob Marshall Wilderness in the early 2000s. Sometimes could be some really funny and cheesy stuff on there, but other times it was great. My favorite interview was with the great scholar of Buddhism and translator Robert Thurman, Uma’s dad. He was hilarious, as I recall.

@tripod I remember it as a mixed bag too but liked that yu never knew what you'd get. Bob Thurman would have been interesting. I listened in the late 90s in Iowa City and don't remember a lot of specifics except for a discussion of someone who envisioned something akin to a bejewelled baskeball coming up to him and saying "deja vu". I wish I remembered who it was and the context.

@shere @10:29 It's good, because it's Ethiopian, but the place in Burtonsville is much better since the new owners took over. Tigi's is really small and you have to order the kitfo a day in advance since they don't keep that quality of raw beef on hand. We really like our kitfo and don't plan very well, so that's kind of drawback for us.

Hi, I enjoyed the 'The First Forest' this morning.
There is some difference between the one you played and the one in Youtube. Which one is the original or can you explain what is going on.
